Deposit / Reservation Fee

You can either pay 50% of the total amount to reserve your slot or pay the full amount upfront.

If you choose to pay 50%, the remaining amount must be paid at the reception before checking out.

Payment Method

Currently, GCash is the only available online payment method.

You will need to upload a receipt and provide the reference number for the reservation within 5 minutes of booking. Failure to do so will require you to restart the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Half of the deposited amount will be refunded if the cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the reservation date. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the reservation date.
